God is our Creator. God created us to be without sin and in a relationship with Him.
Sin is disobedience to God’s law. God is perfect and without sin.
We choose to disobey God’s law and are now separated from Him.
God’s perfect and sinless nature declares that there must be a penalty for our sin.
The penalty for sin is eternal death.
Because of God’s love He sent his own son, Jesus, to live among us as a man.
Jesus lived a blameless life. He faced temptation but did not sin.
Jesus, who committed no sin, chose to be obedient to His Father.
Obedience to His Father included taking the punishment for our sin.
Jesus was tortured and murdered.
Three days later God raised Jesus from the dead.
Jesus claimed victory over sin and death.
Through our faith in Jesus as our Lord we can claim victory over sin and death.
Our perfect relationship with God is restored to us through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
